Validation Engineer

We are seeking a Validation Engineer with a strong academic background to join our R&D team.

This is a hands-on role, working on advanced electronic systems and hardware modules, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute validation and test plans for electronic boards and hardware modules

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for hardware testing using Python

• Build and operate lab setups integrating measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, DVMs, spectrum/network analyzers, power supplies, etc.

• Perform end-to-end validation: functional, performance, stress, and regression tests

• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and drive root-cause analysis with hardware and firmware teams

• Document validation methodologies and generate detailed technical reports

• Contribute to improving validation processes, tools, and best practices

What we’re looking for

• B.Sc. Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience end-to-end validation testing (manual and automated)

• Strong Python skills + other scripting languages.

• Hands-on experience with lab equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex hardware/software interactions.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
