The Marketing Division at Dr. Fischer is seeking a Marketing Manager – Health & Personal Care

Dr. Fischer is a leading brand in personal care, health & wellness, and cosmetics, known for its high-quality consumer products.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing professional with a background in FMCG sectors such as personal care, health & wellness, beauty, or cosmetics, who can take full ownership of a strategic business area and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-develop and execute the marketing strategy and annual work plans for the Health & Personal Care category.
• Manage the full marketing mix — new product development (from brief to launch), advertising, digital, PR, point-of-sale activities, and promotions.
• Lead cross-functional processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for achieving the category's business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a Brand Manager.

Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for consumer goods, health & wellness, and beauty.
• Proven experience in FMCG sectors such as cosmetics, beauty, wellness, food, or health products – required.
• Significant advantage: experience in a manufacturing company developing its own products.
• Track record of managing a significant business area or brand.
• MBA/MA – required.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Experience working with international suppliers or clients – an advantage.
