Role Description

The Lawyer will be responsible for:

·       Representing clients in court and litigation proceedings

·       Drafting and preparing legal pleadings, contracts, and complex legal documents

·       Advising and supporting private and business clients on legal matters

·       Handling legal transactions and providing professional legal opinions

·       Conducting legal research and maintaining client relationships

Requirements

·       Licensed attorney in good standing

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil and commercial law

·       Proven litigation and courtroom experience

·       Excellent legal writing and drafting skills, both oral and written

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills
