Attorney - Alternative Funds - Position No. 1732

About the Role

• Managing ongoing communication with U.S. law firms supporting the fund’s activities.
• Coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing legal processes related to asset realization, foreclosure proceedings, and mortgages.
• Reviewing and analyzing legal cases and the status of foreclosure proceedings.
• Providing legal support to the investment team on real estate, lending, regulatory matters, and contracts.
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, purchase agreements, and title documents.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and managing multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment.

Full-time | Sunday–Thursday | 09:00-18:00

Requirements

• LL.B. degree and Israeli Bar admission - required.
• Commercial law internship - required.
• 0-2 years of experience as an attorney- an advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in legal English - required.
• Experience in real-estate finance, real-estate-backed lending, or foreclosure proceedings - an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
