IT & IS Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT & IS Manager to lead Beewise’s information systems, ERP, integrations, and IT operations. This is a hands-on role with ownership of core systems (ERP, CRM, security, networks, and collaboration tools) and close collaboration with senior management and other system owners in all sites (Israel, EU & USA) The role includes managing one team member and overseeing external vendors.

What You'll Do?

• Manage and optimize ERP systems, with NetSuite as the core platform
• Lead cross-company integration and automation projects (iPaaS)
• Oversee CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
• Drive information security initiatives (EDR, MDM, SOC/SIEM, cloud security)
• Managing an help desk employee
• Support and manage CAD/PLM tools (SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, Agile PLM)
• Maintain company networks, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Manage Google Workspaces environment
• Administer Atlassian collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Provide technical support and vendor management

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT/IS roles
• Proven experience with ERP systems – NetSuite is an advantage
• Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and system integrations
• Strong knowledge in information security (EDR, MDM, SOC/SIEM, cloud)
• Familiarity with CAD/PLM systems – advantage
• Experience managing networks and IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with Google Workspaces and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Previous experience leading projects or managing a small team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
