Role Description

We are hiring an Investor Relations Associate for a full-time position at our Ramat Gan offices.

This is a competitive and dynamic role where the style of investor recruitment is respectful, professional, and of the highest standard – yet the essence of the position requires daily intensive work, persistence, and constant pursuit of goals and results. We are looking for ambitious investor relations professionals, internally driven, ready to do the daily GRIND to deliver real outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain intensive, ongoing communication with existing clients from the company’s database and recruit new investors
• Manage the full fundraising process: outreach, presenting investment opportunities, and guiding investors from commitment through completion
• Achieve clear monthly and annual fundraising goals while providing a high standard of service
• Nurture and expand existing investor relationships and increase their commitments
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and at business events

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising and investor relations in alternative investments and/or capital markets – mandatory
• Familiarity with the financial ecosystem: financial advisors, family offices, accredited investors, accountants, lawyers, and other key professionals – strong advantage
• Hunger for success, results orientation, and strong self-management skills
• Persistence and ability to work intensively in a competitive, target-driven environment
• High-level fundraising, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Native-level Hebrew and strong English proficiency
