Frontend Team Lead

Startup in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) space, developing a unique ever-data security platform that enables organizations to quickly and automatically detect and prevent data leaks.

Located in Tel Aviv (near train station), the company has 25 employees globally, 15 of whom are in Israel, mostly in R&D. The product is already deployed at leading global companies.

This is a lead frontend role, joining an existing setup with one frontend developer and established infrastructure.

Role Focus:

• Lead frontend development with a strong focus on UX and pixel-perfect interfaces
• Develop using TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn+CV, and integrate Figma design tokens
• Collaborate closely with the team to implement intuitive, high-quality user interfaces
• Influence the design and architecture of the frontend platform

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Frontend or Full-Stack development
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript (mandatory)
• Experience working in successful startups (mandatory)
• Demonstrated employment stability
• Advantage: Experience with Tailwind CSS, pixel-perfect UI, and Figma design tokens
