Quality Technologist | Telma Factory, Arad

Unilever Israel is looking for a Quality Technologist (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our Telma factory in Arad – a key role at the heart of our manufacturing operations, with responsibility for food safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• :Own and manage food safety and quality processes across the site, including handling deviations and incidents
• .Drive quality KPIs and lead routine audits and inspections
• .Manage professional domains within the QA department – including SOP writing, internal audits, and external audit support
• .Handle complaints, lead investigations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• .Lead and implement quality and food safety improvement projects
• .Deliver training to factory staff and validate cleaning processes

What we’re looking fo

• r:B.Sc. in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or Industrial Engineerin
• g.Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA role within the industr
• y.High-level English – mandator
• y.Strong leadership and influence without authorit
• y.Excellent organizational and analytical skill
• s.Experience with regulatory standards and quality systems – a strong advantag
