Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Netanya for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee various radar and avionics programs, ensuring their successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, tracking progress, and reporting on project performance. The Program Manager will also engage with stakeholders, manage resources, and facilitate problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Skills in Project Management and Program Coordination
- Experience in Radar Technology and Avionics Systems
- Proficiency in Risk Management and Resource Allocation
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Netanya
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience working with defense and aerospace technologies is a plus
