Senior Product Manager — Self-Serve & PLG

At Vee, we’re building a new generation of AI-powered teammates that help nonprofits grow faster, raise more, and operate at scale. From Maggie, our social media star, to Grant, our grant application copilot — our products are already transforming how hundreds of organizations grow.

And we’re just getting started.

We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s methodical, deeply curious, and hungry to build. Someone who thrives where product meets growth — who sees funnels as stories, data as fuel, and onboarding as magic moments waiting to happen.

You’ll own the self-serve experience end-to-end: from the moment a user lands in our product to their “this changes everything” moment. You’ll shape how thousands of nonprofits meet Vee for the first time, activate, convert, and grow.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, and growth marketers to craft delightful, frictionless experiences — and you’ll move fast, instrument everything, and learn even faster.

What you'll do?

• Own the self-serve growth funnel — activation, onboarding, conversion, and expansion.
• Design and run experiments that turn user insights into high-impact growth loops.
• Instrument and analyze product usage to uncover drop-offs, aha moments, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams (Growth, Marketing, CS, Engineering) to deliver a seamless, magical user journey.
• Ship fast and iterate — you’ll be in the details, not just writing docs.
• Learn obsessively — from users, metrics, and the market. You’ll be a growth detective, constantly looking for leverage.

You are:

• Experienced — 5+ years in product management, with real PLG and self-serve SaaS expertise.
• Methodical and structured — you bring clarity to chaos and can break down complex problems elegantly.
• Technically fluent — comfortable diving into APIs, talking shop with engineers, and using data tools.
• Growth-oriented — you love onboarding funnels, activation loops, and clever experiments that scale.
• Hungry — you want to build category-defining products, not just manage backlogs.
• A learner — insatiably curious, humble enough to ask questions, bold enough to try.
• Impact-driven — you care about moving real numbers, not vanity metrics.

Bonus of you:

• Have familiarity with the US Nonprofit sector.
• Have a managerial experience.
