Integration Engineer / Practical Engineer

Integration and Calibration Engineer or Practical Engineer | Ashdod | IAI – ELTA Systems

We are looking for an Integration and Calibration Engineer or Practical Engineer to join the multidisciplinary integration team at IAI’s ELTA division.

The position includes:

• Leading end-to-end integration and calibration of multidisciplinary systems

• Defining test and measurement configurations according to system requirements

• Analyzing system performance results and presenting findings to project teams

• Working in unique facilities such as antenna ranges

• Establishing infrastructures, performing measurements, and carrying out calibrations

• Working in shifts (twice a week until 22:30, once a week night shift).

What we’re looking for:

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering – mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in system integration – mandatory

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with RF – mandatory

• Proficiency in using electronic test equipment – mandatory

• Experience in radar system integration – significant advantage

• Familiarity with antenna principles and Tx/Rx circuit architectures – advantage

• Experience with MATLAB programming – advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and team player.
