Product Manager

A data-focused startup is tackling critical challenges in Data Engineering using AI agents. The company has developed an AI-based system that integrates with development workflows, such as Git, and can analyze code changes in real time, proactively alerting teams to potential issues that may impact data systems, dashboards, or analytics processes. It can detect faults or unexpected effects before code is deployed to production.

The goal is to enable data and analytics teams to make frequent code changes without compromising data quality or reliability, accelerating innovation and preventing costly failures.

The company is based in Tel Aviv (near train and light rail stations), operates a hybrid model with two days working from home, and currently has 15 employees. They recently raised close to $8 million in a seed round.

The role-

• First product-focused position in the company
• Reports directly to the CTO, who is also a founder
• Combines both outbound and inbound responsibilities
• Significant opportunity to shape the product from the ground up
• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company’s core offerings
• Manage the full product lifecycle:
• Ideation
• User research and requirements definition
• Design and development
• Extensive user research and feedback collection
• Market trend analysis to identify key problems and unmet needs within the data landscape

Requirements-

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.
• At least 2 prior PM roles in your career history.
• Self-motivated, highly passionate, and customer-obsessed attitude.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to engage effectively with engineering teams on technical discussions.
