About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Stack Team Lead to manage and build a top-performing development team responsible for creating innovative, AI-driven features for our platform. This is not just a leadership role – you will recruit, mentor, and scale your team, ensuring strong collaboration, technical excellence, and timely delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with product, architecture, and other engineering leaders to set the team’s vision, establish best practices, and create a culture of ownership and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build and Grow Your Team: Recruit, hire, and onboard talented developers to form a high-performing team.
• Manage and Drive Performance: Set clear goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure your team consistently meets objectives with quality and efficiency.
• Ownership & Delivery: Oversee the design and development of scalable, reliable features for our AI-powered platform.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define your team’s roadmap and priorities.
• Implement Best Practices: Ensure coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines are in place for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide coaching and career development opportunities to help your team grow professionally.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building production-level applications.
• 4+ years in a management role, including recruiting and scaling teams.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Proven backend experience with Node.js.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and large-scale system design.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Excellent organizational and people management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
