Chief of Staff to the CEO

We are looking for a motivated professional to join a leading finanacial organization as Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is a strategic and cross-organizational role, offering broad exposure and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO with agenda management, task prioritization, and follow-up.
• Prepare materials and analyses for management meetings, regulatory discussions, and professional committees.
• Coordinate cross-company business processes (e.g., compliance, compensation policies).
• Lead special projects across business, legal, operational, or regulatory areas.
• Liaise with Finance on ongoing processes and track key legal and contractual matters.
• Drive coordination, accountability, and reporting across business lines.

Who We’re Looking For:

• CPA or similar background, ideally with 1-3 years of post-internship experience (Big 4 / consulting / corporate).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work closely with senior leadership.
• financial experience
