Do you like to watch Reality Shows? Our software is used to cast some of the largest TV Shows around the world. Advision is looking for a Junior Support & QA Tester (manual testing) who is Tech Savvy and speaks **excellent** English (as well as Hebrew).
Our working hours are Mon – Friday 10:00 -19:00, we're located in Raanana (hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- System training & client onboarding
- Technical support
- Manual QA
- Creating articles for the knowledge base
- Data migration
- Overseeing development projects
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent English - speaking abilities and written skills - a must
- Strong written and verbal communication in Hebrew - a must
- Prior work experience in Technical Support / Customer Training / Quality Assurance Testing (manual testing)
- Technically oriented and a fast learner
- People person
- Knowledge of Excel / HTML – advantage
