R&D Team Leader

An international SaaS company, located in Ramat Gan and specializing in advanced cloud services and automation processes, is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join and lead our development team.

Our Core Technologies:

• Backend: Python, Django
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL
• Tools & Infrastructure: Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ, Linux Servers
• Frontend: React (general familiarity is a plus)
• Legacy: .NET

Requirements

• Proven and extensive backend development experience, preferably with complex and distributed systems.
• Full proficiency in Python and Django, including hands-on experience with Docker.
• Strong understanding of relational databases — significant experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with MS SQL (major plus).
• Proficient in Linux server environments.
• Ability to work with and improve legacy code — experience in .NET is a strong advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to drive processes forward.
• System-level thinking and readiness for diverse technical challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Redis and RabbitMQ is a strong plus.
