• Seniority: 2–5 years hands-on SEO (not a team lead)
• Type: Full-time freelancer (or employee if based in Israel or Hungary)
• Location: Remote; consistent overlap in GMT to GMT+4
• Reports to: Company owners

• Own end-to-end SEO for multiple properties: research → execution → iteration → reporting
• Turn opportunity into action: keyword mapping, topical clustering, competitive gap analysis (multi-market)
• Ship content programs: briefs, outlines, internal linking, SERP-feature targeting, refreshes
• Technical SEO: audits, crawl/index control, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site speed, mobile
• Hands-on WordPress: on-page optimization, structure, SEO plugins, page builds, QA
• Off-page: plan and execute defensible link acquisition / digital PR strategies
• Track KPIs, run experiments, and report clearly on what moved the needle and what’s next
• Collaborate with freelancers/writers/localizers and keep quality high

• Bring 2–5 years of international SEO in competitive niches
• Are fluent in on-page + off-page and comfortable with technical fundamentals (CWV, schema, crawl budget)
• Can run WordPress like a pro (uploads, structure, SEO plugins, widgets, basic HTML/CSS)
• Love tools & data: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, keyword tools, Google Drive
• Communicate crisply, manage projects independently, and hit deadlines
• Are curious about AI-Search and AI-assisted workflows and automation (big plus)
• Write and speak excellent English
