GenieLabs is an AI platform for content creation in games.

When it comes to monetization, we are the best at helping games scale their content to drive revenue growth.

We already work with some of the world’s top gaming studios (Zynga, Playtika, Playstudios, Candivore and more) – and we’re growing fast.

This is the first marketing hire at GenieLabs. We’re looking for someone hungry, hands-on, and extremely talented, who knows how to leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Your mission is clear: make GenieLabs present everywhere that matters, and bring us a consistent flow of qualified leads.

You’ll be a one-person marketing team at the start, responsible for building our marketing engine from scratch – from strategy to execution – to help us grow from $2M ARR to $5M ARR and beyond.

• Lead Generation Focus – Build and run marketing campaigns designed to deliver qualified leads directly to sales.
• AI-Powered Marketing – Use AI tools daily to accelerate execution, from content creation to campaign optimization.
• Demand Generation – Launch inbound campaigns (content, digital, events) that consistently fill the pipeline.
• Content & Storytelling – Craft compelling case studies, blog posts, and LinkedIn content showcasing how GenieLabs drives monetization at scale.
• PR & Visibility – Get GenieLabs featured in top gaming/tech press (e.g., VentureBeat, PocketGamer), ensuring we’re present in all the right places.
• Sales Enablement – Build decks, collateral, and messaging that help sales close deals faster.
• Hands-On Execution – This is not a strategy-only role. You will write, publish, track, and optimize everything yourself in the beginning.

• 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS or Gaming Marketing, with proven demand generation experience.
• Strong track record of creating marketing that delivers leads.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills in English.
• Experience with PR, events, and digital campaigns.
• Must be highly skilled at using AI tools for content, campaigns, and analytics.
• Ambitious, hungry, and excited to be the first marketer in a fast-growing company.
