YozmaTech is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team full-time in Haifa, Israel.
YozmaTech is a global outstaffing and technology services company, helping fast-growing startups and enterprises scale their engineering capabilities efficiently. With operations across Israel, Eastern Europe, and LATAM, we specialize in building and managing high-performing dedicated software teams. Over the past 7+ years, we have partnered with leading tech companies in industries such as FinTech, Cybersecurity, AI, Retail, MarTech, and SaaS, delivering flexible and cost-effective solutions to meet their business goals.
About the role
As a Sales Development Representative at YozmaTech, you will be at the forefront of our growth in the Israeli market. This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious professionals (1–3 years of experience) looking to build a career in sales and business development within the high-tech and global outsourcing industry.
You will work closely with our Marketing and Business development teams, playing a critical role in generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up opportunities with decision-makers across Israel’s vibrant startup ecosystem.
Key Requirements:
🔹 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development / Lead Generation / Customer Success / Field Marketing – must;
🔹 Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach – advantage;
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hebrew;
🔹 Familiarity with the Israeli high-tech ecosystem – advantage;
🔹 Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn sales methodologies;
🔹 Responsible, structured, and highly organized personality;
🔹 Team player, able to collaborate in a fast-paced and multicultural environment;
🔹 English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
What you will do:
🔹 Research and identify potential clients in Israel’s tech ecosystem (startups, scaleups, and enterprise companies);
🔹 Initiate outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to generate new leads;
🔹 Qualify inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities;
🔹 Set up meetings for the Business Development Managers with relevant decision-makers (VP R&D, CTO, CEO, COO);
🔹 Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and outreach;
🔹 Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities in CRM systems;
🔹 Support the sales team with market insights, competitor research, and account mapping;
🔹 Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs around lead generation, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities;
