Product Operations and Analysis Manager

Your Impact

• Streamline and maintain operational workflows that support product and engineering teams
• Build and manage dashboards and reports to deliver insights on product performance and user behavior
• Optimize tools, templates, and systems to increase team efficiency and cross-functional alignment
• Coordinate intake and triage processes for product feedback, requests, and cross-functional inputs
• Collaborate with product managers to support planning, prioritization, and go-to-market readiness
• Support team and cross-functional projects while working in a hybrid environment

Your Experience / Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, product operations, or business analysis
• Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage workflows and processes efficiently
• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, AI-based tools – advantage)
• Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to drive decisions
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) – required
• Ability to work independently and proactively while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working with technology and willing to learn basic data skills (no prior technical background required)
• Experience working in a hybrid model; must be in the office at least three times per week
• Strong communication, project ownership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
