Product Operations Manager

Now, we're looking for a Product Operations Manager to help us connect Product and Business teams and drive operational excellence across our websites and cross-functional initiatives.

The Day-to-Day

You will play a key role in connecting Product and Business teams, driving alignment between product priorities and business objectives while providing operational expertise across product-related initiatives. This includes owning and driving cross-functional Product and Business OKRs, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and taking hands-on responsibility for building, managing, and maintaining the company's websites.

A key part of the role is to continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, simplify workflows, and strengthen operational processes. You will proactively introduce innovative solutions, including AI-powered tools and technologies, to automate repetitive work, optimize processes, and enable teams to work smarter and more effectively.

Your Impact

• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Business, R&D, Content, and Design, ensuring clear ownership and delivery.
• Align Business and Product teams around priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into actionable initiatives and execution plans.
• Lead the rollout of new and existing product capabilities, ensuring operational readiness and smooth deployment.
• Build, manage, and maintain company websites across multiple platforms, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Create and analyze user segments and A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage cross-unit projects, overseeing timelines, scope, dependencies, and quality.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and develop scalable solutions by leveraging AI, automation, and innovative approaches.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in similar roles (Product Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, etc)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI and automation to increase efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
