Product Manager

Locusview is a growing Israeli-American SaaS company with significant activity globally. Our client base is made up of the leading gas and electric utility companies in the world. Our goal is to provide a cloud-based digital construction platform so our customers can manage all of their projects digitally from A to Z and in real time. The bigger picture for us is to ensure data accuracy, save resources, and prevent environmental damage.

We are seeking a Product Manager to own a core product area, balancing strategic vision with executional detail. This role requires someone who can shape the roadmap, influence stakeholders, and dive deep into the details with engineering and design. You will be responsible for connecting customer needs, market insights, and business objectives to deliver impactful products end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end: define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Bridge strategy and execution: translate long-term vision into short-term deliverables.
• Partner deeply with engineering: understand architecture, constraints, and tradeoffs; guide decisions on scope and prioritization.
• Collaborate closely with design: ensure user-centric workflows and great product usability.
• Champion customer needs and market insights: conduct discovery, validate solutions, and anticipate market shifts.
• Align and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, from cross-functional peers to executives.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories that balance technical feasibility, customer value, and business goals.
• Define and track product success metrics, ensuring delivery of measurable business and customer impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS (Enterprise preferred), with a proven ability to own a product area end-to-end.
• Strong technical foundation; able to engage with engineering on APIs, architecture, and system design (prior engineering experience a plus).
• Track record of defining product strategy and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working hands-on with design and engineering to define detailed product requirements.
• Strong communicator with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and data-driven; skilled at defining and monitoring KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
