Role Summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Product Operations and Analysis Manager for a 9-month maternity leave cover, based in our Tel Aviv office. You will join our Product Operations team, playing a key role in supporting efficient product execution and strategy through streamlined processes and data-driven insights. This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing global cybersecurity leader in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Streamline and maintain operational workflows that support product and engineering teams using G-Sheets, Excel, and other automation tools.

· Build and manage dashboards and reports in Salesforce, G-Sheets, and Excel to deliver insights on product performance and user behavior.

· Leverage AI and analytics tools to identify trends, generate forecasts, and provide data-driven recommendations.

· Optimize tools (e.g., Salesforce), templates (Word, G-Sheets), and systems to increase team efficiency and cross-functional alignment.

· Coordinate intake and triage processes for product feedback and requests within Salesforce and other tracking systems.

· Collaborate with product managers using key platforms to support planning, prioritization, and go-to-market readiness.

Your Experience

Required Qualifications:

· Professionally qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in a product operations, business analysis, or similar role within an international reporting environment.

· Technical Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas), Salesforce (reporting, dashboards), and the Google Suite (G-Sheets, Docs).

· Experience with or strong curiosity about AI and analytics tools for data interrogation and process improvement.

· Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving, and demanding environment.

· Strong ability to collaborate effectively with high-performing internal and outsourced teams.

· Efficient team player with excellent communication skills.
