A new and ambitious Gaming Skills startup is looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to establish and lead the company from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, build teams, and drive innovation in the dynamic world of gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and growth of the company in the gaming skills sector.
• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision, go-to-market plan, and business roadmap.
• Build and manage high-performing teams across product, marketing, and operations.
• Oversee fundraising efforts and maintain strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders.
• Drive partnerships with gaming platforms, publishers, and esports communities.
• Ensure strong execution of operational, financial, and business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience as CEO, GM, or senior executive in the gaming industry (gaming studios, esports, skill-based gaming platforms, etc.).
• Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, monetization models, and user acquisition.
• Strong track record in building and scaling startups or innovative business units.
• Excellent strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong fundraising, partnership-building, and communication abilities.
• Passion for gaming and innovation.
