We are looking for a Salesforce Implementation & Analysis specialist to join a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv.
In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology, driving smarter workflows, improving processes, and delivering a seamless user experience. You will analyze existing processes, propose improvements, implement business requirements using Salesforce automation tools, and ensure smooth integration with core and digital systems. This is an opportunity to make a real impact and see your solutions in action every day.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map existing processes, propose improvements, and create technical documentation.
- Implement business requirements using Salesforce automation tools (Flows, VR, etc.).
- Manage integrations with core and digital systems.
- Optimize objects, screens, permissions, reports, and dashboards to support efficient workflows and better decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience implementing and analyzing Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud - Required
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specification documents - Required
- Experience leading processes and driving internal and external interfaces.
- Experience working with SQL and experience executing queries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Health, Sales or Marketing Clouds
- Experience working with OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts)
- Experience characterizing APIs with external systems.
