Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Salesforce Implementation & Analysis specialist to join a leading healthcare organization in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology, driving smarter workflows, improving processes, and delivering a seamless user experience. You will analyze existing processes, propose improvements, implement business requirements using Salesforce automation tools, and ensure smooth integration with core and digital systems. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map existing processes, propose improvements, and create technical documentation.
• Implement business requirements using Salesforce automation tools (Flows, VR, etc.).
• Manage integrations with core and digital systems.
• Optimize objects, screens, permissions, reports, and dashboards to support efficient workflows and better decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience implementing and analyzing Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud - Required
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specification documents - Required
• Experience leading processes and driving internal and external interfaces.
• Experience working with SQL and experience executing queries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Health, Sales or Marketing Clouds
• Experience working with OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts)
• Experience characterizing APIs with external systems.
