Product Manager

A Startup Company in the Web3 Security domain is developing a critical security layer for any blockchain application. The company’s platform monitors, detects, and responds to fraud attempts or attacks targeting infrastructures, digital assets, and end-users.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv next to a train station, the company has 120 employees worldwide.

The company counts some of the leading names in the crypto industry among its clients.

Role Overview-

• Act as Product Manager for the company’s Web3 security platform.
• Combine inbound and outbound responsibilities, working closely with development and business teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from defining requirements to prioritizing features.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to align product strategy with market needs.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
• Ensure the product meets high standards of security, usability, and scalability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in top-tier product companies or in Blockchain/Web3 – must
• Technical background (not necessarily development) – must
• Former experience in a technological military unit – advantage
• Experience in Cybersecurity companies – advantage
• Experience in Startup companies – advantage
