Frontend Developer

A Creative Technology startup providing platforms and subscription-based digital assets for content creators worldwide. The company serves a wide range of creators, including video editors, social media influencers, and YouTube creators.

With over 20 million global users, the company is expanding into AI and aims to launch new AI-powered products, building a robust infrastructure to enable rapid app development.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv near the light rail station, the company operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week and employs approximately 420 people globally, with 300 in Israel.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust frontend infrastructure for internal and external applications.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and performant solutions.
• Build reusable components and frameworks to accelerate app development.
• Contribute to setting frontend best practices, standards, and tooling for the company.
• Tech Stack React, Next.js

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in web development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework, preferably React.
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer is a strong advantage
• Proven experience leading the development of major features or applications in a production environment.
• A track record of mentoring junior developers and fostering their technical and professional growth.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability: You take pride in delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
