About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our Identity Verification (IDV) group.

You’ll be part of the Application Team, which owns both backend and frontend components of our IDV service.

You will collaborate closely with product, mobile, UX, and infrastructure teams to build robust, secure, and scalable identity verification flows and features.

What You’ll Do :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components of the IDV service.
• Take full ownership of features: from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build APIs, data models, and validation logic, and integrate with external services (e.g., document verification, biometrics, fraud detection).
• Ensure frontend code delivers an excellent user experience: responsive, accessible, and performant.
• Mentor and coach other engineers: conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Contribute to architectural planning: evaluate trade-offs, select tools, and shape technical patterns.
• Help define metrics, logging, and observability, ensuring high availability and robust error handling.
  
  

• 8+ years of proven experience developing multi-service platforms at scale.
• Strong experience with Node.js.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong architectural and system design skills.
• Independent, persistent, and ownership-driven mindset with a “get things done” attitude.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science teams (especially in computer vision) is a significant plus.
• A mindset of responsibility and care for what you build—not just delivering code, but building systems that perform reliably in production.
