Product Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on product manager who is ready to take ownership of key initiatives, report directly to the CEO, manage a junior PM, and help shape the future of our products.

Rav Messer is a 100% remote software company specializing in SaaS solutions for SMBs. Our diverse product offerings include email marketing, landing pages, Schooler (E-Learning platform), CRM, WordPress apps, and integration with no-code tools such as Zapier and Make and of course AI.

What You'll Do

• Lead product strategy and vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision aligning stakeholders around business goals and user needs.
• Own the product roadmap: Build and manage the roadmap, balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive execution: Translate high-level initiatives into actionable epics, user stories, and PRDs
• Analyze data & user feedback: Use Mixpanel, GA4, and other tools to understand user behavior, retention, funnels, and engagement, and to prioritize features accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and support to launch high-quality features on time.
• Champion the customer: Regularly speak with users, collect insights, and ensure their voice is embedded in every stage of the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in b2b2c -SaaS products or digital marketing platforms
• Experience with email marketing, automation, or CRM products (advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment
