Phibro Israel is hiring a QA Specialist for our vaccines site in Beit Shemesh

We are looking for a talented QA Specialist to join our team. This is a meaningful role, providing support and guidance across the production floor regarding changes, improvements, and quality-related inquiries. The position requires on-the-spot decision-making and providing quality support as needed.

Job Description:

  • Handle deviations and CAPA: lead root cause investigations, conduct floor walks, perform risk assessments, and drive issues to resolution while implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Manage customer complaints as deviations and contribute to process improvement and risk management.
  • Oversee change controls: implement changes and improvements across the plant while addressing potential risks.
  • Support and accompany regulatory inspections.
  • Collaborate on plant projects involving quality, production, and other departments.
  • Write, review, and improve procedures and work instructions.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering – mandatory
  • 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a GMP environment – mandatory

High-level English – mandatory
