Join our Strategic Consulting Team for the Public Sector!
We are a dynamic and collaborative team, comprised of professionals with extensive experience in public service. Over the past several years, we have led key thinking, development, and implementation processes at the heart of Israeli public life, supported by a global network spanning the world. We work closely with government ministries and public organizations to drive meaningful change and improve services for citizens
Role Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of strategic plans, operating models, and planning processes for senior management in a variety of public and social sector organizations.
- Conduct independent research, work closely with clients, and support transformation processes in government ministries.
- Advance projects independently, contribute creative thinking, and collaborate in leading complex processes.
Requirements:
- A strong public spirit and high motivation to improve the public sector
- Previous professional experience in the public, civil, or business sectors
- Systematic, process-oriented thinking
- Project leadership and management skills
- Proactive approach
- Ability to deliver high-quality outputs
- Strong analytical skills—research, content analysis, and insight generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor and train others
