Role Description 

This person will be responsible for conducting analyses, developing insights, and producing high-quality professional deliverables for public-sector clients. The role combines analytical work, collaboration with subject-matter experts and stakeholders, and the independent execution of tasks as part of the project team. 

The complexity of the role stems from the need to quickly understand complicated issues, connect information from diverse sources, identify meaningful patterns and insights, and translate them into deliverables and recommendations. The role requires the ability to manage tasks end-to-end, exercise professional judgment, work independently, and actively contribute to the team’s thinking and resolution of complex issues. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct analyses and generate insights based on qualitative and quantitative information 
• Develop high-quality professional deliverables 
• Independently lead tasks and advance them with relevant stakeholders 
• Conduct interviews and working sessions and derive insights from them 
• Work with subject-matter experts and stakeholders within the client organization 
• Identify issues, gaps, and obstacles and raise them with the project team 
• Contribute to the development of recommendations and work plans 
• Use tools and methodologies according to project needs 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field — required. 
• One to two years of experience in research and analysis roles involving the development of deliverables and recommendations, or similar roles in the public or private sector.
• Consulting experience is an advantage. 
• Ability to conduct analyses and develop insights based on information from diverse sources. 
• Ability to develop high-quality professional deliverables. 
• Ability to lead defined project tasks from assignment through completion of the deliverable. 
• Ability to lead interviews, working sessions, and information-gathering processes in accordance with project needs. 
• Experience working regularly with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to advance tasks and processes. 
• Ability to identify gaps, challenges, and barriers and raise them with the project team. 
• Ability to support the development of recommendations, work plans, and initiatives for the client. 
• Ability to use and adapt tools and methodologies according to project needs. 
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience working with AI tools.

יועץ/ת אחראי/ת על ביצוע ניתוחים, גיבוש תובנות ופיתוח תוצרים מקצועיים עבור לקוחות במגזר הציבורי. התפקיד משלב עבודה אנליטית, עבודה מול גורמי מקצוע ובעלי עניין, והובלת משימות באופן עצמאי כחלק מצוות הפרויקט.

רמת המורכבות בתפקיד נובעת מהצורך להבין במהירות סוגיות מורכבות, לחבר בין מקורות מידע מגוונים, לזהות דפוסים ותובנות משמעותיות ולתרגם אותם לתוצרים ולהמלצות. התפקיד דורש יכולת להחזיק משימות מקצה לקצה, שיקול דעת מקצועי, עבודה עצמאית ותרומה פעילה לחשיבה ולפתרון סוגיות מורכבות במסגרת צוות הפרויקט.

• תרומה לגיבוש המלצות ותכניות עבודה
• שימוש בכלים ומתודולוגיות בהתאם לצורכי הפרויקט
