• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade software systems that are fast, secure, and resilient.
• Develop both backend services and intuitive frontends using modern stacks and architecture patterns.
• Work on projects that demand scale, performance, and robustness — from low-latency services to HPC orchestration and real-time analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, DevOps, and domain experts to deliver impactful features.
• Operate in a Linux-first engineering culture — developing, debugging, and deploying in real environments.

• 3+ years of full stack or backend development experience in production environments.
• Hands-on development experience in Linux/Unix systems — comfortable working at the system level when needed.
• Strong skills in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
• Proficiency with API design (REST or GraphQL), containerization, and deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of distributed system principles, multithreading, and performance tuning.
• Solid grasp of security-first development practices.
• Experience building enterprise tools, platforms, or developer-facing products is a major plus.

• Proficiency in Rust or deep interest in systems programming.
• Experience with HPC environments, AI/ML pipelines, or real-time data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
