Social Media Manager

A leading digital insurance company is looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media, with proven experience in managing campaigns and content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more)
• Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to different audiences
• Oversee and optimize paid social campaigns
• Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce engaging and effective content
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver reports with actionable insights
• Identify new social media trends and integrate them into day-to-day operations
  
  

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management - mandatory
• Proven experience working with all major social platforms - mandatory
• Experience with Taboola and Outbrain - strong advantage
• Background in creative roles - advantage
• Strong video editing skills - significant advantage
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Hebrew - a plus)
• Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a team environment
