We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Zoho CRM Development Team (5 members) and help drive the growth and optimization of our Zoho CRM platform.
What You’ll Do- Act as the bridge between business needs and the CRM dev team.
- Gather requirements from multiple departments (sales, support, finance, operations).
- Create and manage tickets, define priorities, and track delivery.
- Help optimize CRM workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management / Business Analysis.
- Prior CRM experience.
- Zoho CRM ecosystem experience preferred; if there is no Zoho experience - Salesforce or similar CRM systems experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders.
