QA & Technical Customer Support

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled QA & Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary product team!
This unique hybrid role combines hands-on manual QA testing with technical support for global customers, working across software (Frontend/Backend, Mobile), hardware, and embedded systems.
You’ll be ensuring product quality while also being the go-to expert for troubleshooting customer issues — working closely with development teams and leveraging both manual and AI-assisted tools.
Your day-to-day will include:
🧪 Designing and executing manual test plans across various platforms (Web, Mobile, Embedded, Hardware)
🛠 Identifying, tracking, and resolving bugs and issues
📝 Writing QA documentation: STP, STD, test reports, and quality metrics
🔍 Reproducing customer issues, analyzing logs, and delivering technical solutions
🤖 Using AI-driven tools for testing, log analysis, and customer support
📈 Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Embedded, Backend, Frontend, Mobile)
💬 Supporting QA and support process improvements through data insights and automation
Requirements
✨ 3–5 years of QA experience across DB, FE/BE, Mobile, Hardware & Software
✨ Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills – must
✨ Hands-on experience with QA tools (JIRA, TFS) and test equipment – must
✨ Solid understanding of QA processes and CI/CD workflows
✨ Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
✨ Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
✨ Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Nice to Have
⭐ Experience with automation scripting (Python, C#)
⭐ Familiarity with AI-based testing and support tools
⭐ Background in IoT and multi-processing systems
⭐ Exposure to tools like NUnit, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, VSTS/TFS, GIT, Datadog, Swagger
⭐ Experience with hardware test equipment (Scope, Fluke, Spectrum analyzers)
⭐ Fluent English – verbal and written
