Product Manager

About The Role

As a Product Manager at Sensi, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our AI-powered products for the care industry. At this stage of growth, your work will directly influence how our solutions reach customers, generate value, and evolve through continuous iteration.

Reporting to a Product Lead, you’ll defined product features and capabiltiies within a brand new product line, which includes customer-facing web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, operations, and marketing to ensure our products deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• “Hands-on” product management of the end-to-end lifecycle of product features: from definition, design, and development to launch, monitoring adoption, and driving iteration cycles.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and actionable user stories, in a 0-to-1 new product line.
• Partner with design and conduct user research/testing to create intuitive, user-centric solutions.
• Track product performance post-launch, define and monitor KPIs, and make data-driven improvements.
• Conduct competitive and market research to identify opportunities and strengthen our positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities, ensure execution, and deliver value quickly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies (with an advantage for experience in AI/agentic technologies).
  
  

• Proven SaaS Experience: At least 2–3 years in product management at a B2B SaaS startup, with one significant role owning a product or major feature that successfully reached customers.
• Product Execution: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver in fast-paced, agile environments with measurable results.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into product improvements that drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Skilled at defining success metrics, monitoring product health, and making data-informed decisions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proven ability to work across functions and influence without authority.
• Technical Orientation: Comfortable collaborating with engineers; advantage for candidates with AI-powered or agentic tech exposure.
• Education: BSc or higher degree; technical or scientific background is an advantage.
