Field Communication Technician

We’re looking for a Field Communication Technician to join our ISP operations
team!
Job Description:
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting
communication systems at customer premises (private and business sectors).
Responsibilities:
Perform installations and resolve issues at customer sites (residential and
business)
Handle optical endpoint unit (ONU) connections
Work with fiber optic infrastructure: Bezeq, Partner, IBC
Deploy fiber optics up to the first socket
Install routers and Mesh network extenders
Troubleshoot internal communication issues in customer homes
Guide customers on how to use the company’s services and equipment
Requirements:
Technical background – required
Willingness to work in the field under demanding conditions
Valid driver’s license – required
Relevant field experience – a strong advantage
Customer service experience – an advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and think creatively
