We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow our affiliate program, build strong partnerships, and support brand growth through performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage The5ers' affiliate program: recruit partners, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to continuously improve results.
• Build relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and collaborators.
• Align messaging with brand tone and collaborate with product and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and/or social media management
• Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms
• High level of English – written and spoken
• High attention to detail, independence, and creative thinking
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the trading, forex, or fintech space – Advantage
