System Administrator

We’re Hiring: Senior System Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will take ownership of managing, optimizing, and upgrading enterprise systems and servers, while leading end-to-end infrastructure projects in a complex and dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:  

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain systems, applications, and enterprise products.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize server performance.
• Build and support Windows Server environments (2008/2012/2016/2019) and VMware virtual servers.
• Support and maintain VDI infrastructure (VMware Horizon View).
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft, VMware, Linux, and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor system health via SOC/NOC tools and provide rapid resolutions.
• Automate processes through scripting (PowerShell).
• Lead and deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a medium-to-large enterprise.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft infrastructure: Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, PKI, SCCM, SCOM.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware products: VMware Server, Horizon View (VDI), vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Operations.
• Experience with backup systems (Veeam).
• Familiarity with storage solutions (NetApp), monitoring tools, and networking equipment.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell.
• Ability to design, integrate, and deploy systems in complex architectures.
• Strong project leadership, collaboration, and self-learning abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver professional, timely solutions.
