A high-tech company has developed a task and project management system that integrates multiple parameters in one platform. The system also enables tracking of sales processes and client management, allowing visibility across stages while managing tasks efficiently.
Headquartered in Tel Aviv, the company employs over 1,000 people across six global sites and operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. The platform serves over one million users in 190 countries across more than 200 industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3 developers and 2 designers
- Own the company’s UI vision, including design systems and component development
- 50–60% hands-on development
- Report to the Team Lead
- Develop primarily in React, with Node.js integration
- Tech Stack: React, Node.js
Requirements:
- 2 years experience of leading a frontend team
- 5 years of UI development experience
- • Good understanding of design workflows - Figma
- Strong React skills; Angular 2+ or Vue
- Background in UI infrastructure development – a significant advantage
