Security Researcher

A fast-growing (hyper-growth) cybersecurity startup is developing a patented Multi-Factor Authentication platform with over 500 customers.

The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv (near the train line) and operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. Founded ten years ago, the company employs 400 people globally, 200 of them in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Researcher role, reporting to the Head of Research
• Collaborate with an existing researcher on the team
• Conduct research on APIs, ISPM, and IAM domains
• Develop new product logic and capabilities based on newly collected or existing data

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in security research, security engineering, or incident response, with a focus on identity, Active Directory, and/or cloud environments
• 2 years of experience with cloud platforms and Identity & Access Management
• Knowledge of SaaS authentication protocols
• Experience with Active Directory, on-premises infrastructure, and related protocols
• Programming skills, preferably Python, including the ability to develop research tools and understand production code
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and processes and platforms such as Snowflake, Splunk, or Wireshark
• Experience defending identities and securing cloud infrastructure
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and R&D teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
