This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Lead, located in Israel. The Senior Software Lead will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, managing a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting technical direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software on time.

• Experience in software development, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#), and software design
• Project management skills, including the ability to lead a team, manage resources, and ensure project timelines are met
• Skills in conducting code reviews, debugging, and problem-solving
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
