Marketing Manager - Personal Care

The Marketing Division at Dr. Fischer is seeking a Marketing Manager - Personal Care to lead a new strategic business area.

Dr. Fischer is a leading brand in personal care, health & wellness, and cosmetics, known for its high-quality consumer products. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a background in consumer goods sectors such as personal care, OTC products, cosmetics, or food & beverages, who can lead a new and strategic business line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual work plans for a new business area in the personal care, OTC, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
• Manage the full marketing mix — advertising, digital, online, and in-store activations — with a focus on consumer goods marketing.
• Lead end-to-end new product development processes, from ideation and concept briefing to marketing strategy and commercialization, ensuring alignment with category-specific consumer trends and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Category Manager, Marketing Field Manager, or Digital Manager preferably in personal care, OTC, cosmetics, or food & beverages industries.
• Experience in consumer goods marketing — a significant advantage, particularly in health & wellness, beauty, or FMCG sectors.
• MBA degree required.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Experience working with international suppliers or clients — an advantage, especially in global consumer goods markets.
