We are looking for a motivated Junior SDR to join our growing sales department. If you have a passion for sales, a background in the IT industry, and a talent for building strong client relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and showcase our services.
• Close deals and ensure all agreements are properly executed.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates to the management team.

Requirements:

• At least one year of previous experience in fields such as Business Development, Lead Generation, or similar areas.
• A genuine passion for sales and client engagement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the Israeli business culture and regulations.
• Familiarity with the IT industry and services- advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Fluent level of English.
