This is a volunteer remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy, managing social media channels, and optimizing social media performance. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating content, scheduling posts, engaging with the online community, and analyzing performance metrics to improve overall social media presence and effectiveness.

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Writing
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for MUFON's mission and the topic of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs)
• Experience in volunteer management is a plus
