Product Operations Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Product Operations Manager to join our product organization. In this role, you will ensure seamless collaboration between Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, streamline processes, and scale the impact of our products. You’ll be reporting to Windward’s VP Product, owning the operational backbone of product delivery – standardizing workflows, enabling field teams, and driving execution efficiency.

What will you do?

• Define and manage standardized processes to improve efficiency and visibility of the Product group
• Act as the bridge between Product and business teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales, R&D, etc.), ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Lead the enablement process for new features and releases, including training, pricing, and rollout readiness.
• Build feedback loops with GTM teams to turn field insights into product inputs.
• Support strategic initiatives with strong operational alignment and execution.

Who are you?

• At least 4 years of experience in product operations in B2B companies
• Solid knowledge of product development cycles and early access/beta frameworks.
• Proven ability to establish and manage cross-functional processes.
• Experience driving product rollouts and field enablement.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Gen AI tools.
