Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the customer billing process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and report on revenue, billing metrics, and key financial data
• Reconcile discrepancies by analyzing financial information and identifying root causes
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, BI and Data teams to support monthly and quarterly close processes
• Provide accurate finance-related support to internal teams and external vendors
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate billing and financial workflows
• Prepare invoices, financial summaries, and reports for stakeholders
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills – including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling
• Strong English skills – written, verbal, and reading comprehension
• High level of numerical accuracy and analytical thinking
• Experience with financial systems and ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce) – a strong advantage
• Familiarity with invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
