Every experience booked earns hosts additional commission, enhancing guest stays and boosting host revenue.

As we scale, we’re looking for a talented, creative, hands-on Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to shape our visual presence and ensure brand alignment across every touchpoint. If you have 5+ years crafting impactful brands and campaigns, you’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and your portfolio spans identity, marketing, and UI, we’d love to talk.

You’ll own and execute Localbird’s visual design end-to-end – from brand systems to performance ads, from landing pages to in-product UX, from booths to social – and you’ll do it with an AI-powered workflow that increases speed, consistency, and quality.

• Own the brand identity: Develop and maintain logos, style guides, templates, and component libraries; drive consistency across all teams and assets.
• Create campaign assets: Design high-performing static ads, collaborate on video ads, email templates, and organic social creative.
• Build sales & content collateral: Case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, infographics, event materials, and gated PDFs – on-brand and production-ready.
• Lead UX/UI: Ship conversion-focused web pages and thoughtful in-product interfaces for hosts and guests; run quick usability checks and iterate.

• 5+ years in brand/marketing/visual or product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, B2C, marketplace, or high-growth environments.
• Portfolio showing brand systems, performance creative, and UI work (link required).
• GenAI in practice: Familiarity with gen-ai image and video creation tools.
• Strong typography, layout, and systems thinking; crisp file hygiene and versioning.
• Excellent cross-team communication; comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

• Motion/video experience (After Effects, Premiere, Runway, etc.). 
• Web implementation knowledge (basic HTML/CSS, WordPress/Elementor familiarity).
• Event & print production experience (booths, signage, swag).
• Experience in formalizing design systems from scratch.
