Precise Group specializes in providing financial management services to law firms and planning offices, as well as developing advanced technological solutions for financial management.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist with great energy, a passion for people, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

What will you do?

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Work closely with partners and team leads on a daily basis
Source candidates, conduct interviews, and support them throughout the hiring process until onboarding

Requirements:

1 year of experience in recruitment (experience in tech recruitment – an advantage)
Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and fast learning ability
Proficiency in Hebrew and English
